We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Here is what to expect after you order.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery on orders above ₹399.
- A delivery charge of ₹49 applies to smaller orders. The exact amount is shown in your cart before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Delivery normally takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
- Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.
Tracking your order
You will receive email updates as your order is packed, dispatched and delivered. You can also track it any time from My Orders, or with the Track Order page using your order number if you ordered as a guest.
Cash on delivery
Where available, you can pay in cash or by UPI to the delivery partner. Please keep the exact amount ready.
Delivery issues
- Please give a complete address with a landmark and a reachable mobile number.
- If the courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. For prepaid orders, we will refund the product value or re-ship once you confirm the address.
- If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse it or contact us within 48 hours with photos.
