2. Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can shop as a guest, but some features (reviews, order history) need an account.
- We may suspend accounts that are misused or used for fraud.
3. Products and information
- We try to show product photos, descriptions and prices accurately. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the actual pack.
- Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Always read the label and do a patch test before first use. Stop use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs.
- Product information is not medical advice.
4. Prices and offers
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST.
- Delivery is free on orders above ₹399; a charge of ₹49 applies below that, as shown at checkout.
- Offers such as Buy 1 Get 1 apply only to marked products, during the stated period, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may end an offer at any time.
- If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
5. Orders and payment
- An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud. Any payment made will be refunded in full.
- You can pay by cash on delivery (where available) or online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).
- Online orders that are not paid within 60 minutes are cancelled automatically.

7. Reviews and content
Reviews must be honest and about a product you bought. We may decline or remove reviews that are abusive, unrelated or contain personal information. We do not edit the meaning of reviews.
8. Intellectual property
The Rikmeé name, logo, product images and website content belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the city of our registered office will have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
11. Grievances
For any complaint, contact our Grievance Officer, Customer Care Head, at admin@gmail.com or +91 00000 00000. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
